Every time I select 'set-up a wifi network' in Garmin Connect and select 'add network' my Vivoactive 4 switches off. So I can't add Spotify. I have already completed a data reset and it didn't resolve the issue.

To everyone on this forum suffering from the VA4 Wi-Fi/Pulse Ox etc issues.
I own a VA4 (and a VA3 and in fact a very old VA1). Wifi doesn't work and Pulse Ox shuts down the watch.
Over the last month…
All,
If you are experiencing this issue, please respond with the following:
The watch is only 14 months old. Very disappointed if that is the case. All of my other Garmin products have been great.
Strange too how so many other people are getting this issue since software updates…
I am having the same issues. I feel a slight vibration from the watch and then all goes dead. I can push and hold any button and nothing happens. I place it on a charger and the triangle appears and the watch starts again. I have a 4S. I have had it about 2 years.
It started about 2 months back. Now it is getting annoying.

I have found whenever I try to save an activity it will shut down. The activity gets saved but I will have to turn the device back on.
After reading a bit of this thread I tried to run a software update to trigger a high power event and had it shut down, then immediately tried again with it plugged into power and it worked fine. So I'm thinking it's possibly a battery issue and it no longer has the required voltage for the high power requirement events.
