vivoactive 4s spotify not sync

Hi, 

when I test my network connection everything works fine but when I try to sync the spotify app it doesn't work and neither the syncing. It seems that the watch is not able anymore to connect to the wifi.

This happened after updating the vivoactive 4s.

How can I fix it?
