vivoactive 4s spotify not sync

Hi,

when I test my network connection everything works fine but when I try to sync the spotify app it doesn't work and neither the syncing. It seems that the watch is not able anymore to connect to the wifi.

This happened after updating the vivoactive 4s.

How can I fix it?

Hello! Have you tried removing the Spotify app, making sure you are logged in to the Spotify app. Then can you hold the power button down on the watch until the screen goes black. Turn it back and stand next to the router when you sync your music. Please let me know if this works!

Hello, yes I've tried, but I still have problems with the connection and sync

Are you getting any sort of error?

Sorry, I stopped using it but now I'm starting again and syncing is still not possible. The app gets stuck at 0% while the wi-fi connection works fine when testing it.
