Vivoactive 4 won't stay on.

Hello, I'm hoping someone here can help, for the past month or so my vivoactive 4 will randomly turn itself off. It won't if I'm tracking an activity or its connected to my phone.

I've ran it out of battery and fully charged it and thst didn't help matters, doesn't matter how much battery it has.

Any help?

Same issue for me! When I go for runs and press some buttons (1km or paused and stop the workout) on the watch, it just shuts down automatically and when restarted back on, my run gets deleted. So disappointing!!! Exchanged it during its warranty period for the same issue to have found the same issue on the exchanged watch. Now that the warranty has expired, I can't do anything with this device.

I tried reaching out to Garmin and they gave me all sorts of troubleshooting methods which I have done. Didn't work out.

I have the same issue. When I turn it back on the body battery changes around 20% up or down.
