Body Battery not charging

After multiple soft resets, my body battery still won't charge. After I do a soft reset, it will jump up, but once it goes down it will not charge. If I don't reset, it will stay at 5 forever.

I know others have had this problem, but I can't find a solution anywhere. I haven't heard back from garmin yet.

    Hi Amber, we have thevery same problem here. I bought a Vivomove Style for my wife, and her body battery is stuck at 5; will not charge at all during nights. If she resets her watch, the body battery will be up again, but after just one day, it's down at 5, and will not move.

    Her stress level is measured as very high; same graph as above, and heart rate is also measured around 70-80 durting night time.

    Is there any fix for this behavior?

    All-  If you are experiencing this issue after updating your watch to the most recent firmware (6.30) and reviewing the FAQ below (particularly the "My Body Battery Appears to Be Stuck at 5%" section, please start a new thread.
