Vivoactive 4s is stuck on blue triangle after turning off

Press the top right button for ten seconds and the watch turns off, triangle disappears.

Press same button again briefly and the triangle reappears, after a few seconds vibrates, and shortly after watch boots up and starts charging.

Looks like it did not charge at all when plugged in overnight with just the blue triangle visible.

I'm done with garmin vivoactive 4s. After 2 years of working normally mine stopped charging suddenly, after getting a replacement from Garmin, it happened exactly the same issue, so I bought a new charger cable to see if it was the issue (and going again through all their trouble shooting

It still doesn't work, I'm done with this!

this worked for me also ..... power off and then on again while connected to computer with cable

I did the steps and it worked for me.  Unplug power, Off button for 15 secs until blue triangle goes, plug in power, on button for a couple of seconds.  Wait a few secs and face appears.  Thanks everyone for the instructions
