Keeps telling me an update is available

I'm getting the Update available message on my Garmin multiple times a day, every time I select the green tick. It gives me the triangle on the screen, and reboots, no errors or anything.

It's been doing this for the last week or so.

I got it working temporarily, but it does it again now.

Unfortunately my watch has started doing this again, Really frustrating.

SW version is 5.15

Hi, connect watch to computer, run Garmin Connect. Go to the Garmin - RemoteSW folder at your watch and delete everything from there. Do not run Garmin Connect syncronization , just disconnect them from computer. Issue will not happen again until you sync watches with Garmin Connect

Hello. My watch surely syncs every time I complete an activity, so that means every time after I complete an activity I would need to do this again? That's really not great.

I would like to add on to this.. as I have the same issues with my watch.. I have tried removing all widgets/apps and still have the samme issue.. today I have tried to accept all the updates.. until now, then I have had 10-12 updates and nothing changes according to what I can see of versions.

Same exact issue. Has anyone seen anything from Garmin? This is clearly a bug.

I've recently purchased a vivoactive 4s and this is also happening for me. The only way i stop it notifying me multiple times a day is to hit the 'x' button which then says updates will be installed overnight but then the next day it comes up again. I don't have a computer to connect to so only the app, anyone got any ideas or if it's a bug them assuming will have to put up with it until it's fixed. New to Garmin so still getting used to the way it works.
