After firmware upgrade to 5.30 heart sensor doesn't work and battery died after 3 hours.

Vivoactive HR After firmware upgrade to 5.30 heart sensor doesn't work and battery died after 3 hours.

i tried to make hard reset ad unistall widget and apps but still the same.

how ca n i downgrade firmware?

    Hello Martin. I am download Garmin Web Updater for window (https://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=931). I will try this first

    Hello Martin. When i use Garmin Web Update and connect Vivoactive HR with PC. I see the additional wish to install: "Vivoactive HR sensor Hub" and below text display "No change history was found for this update"

    Then I still click next button to update. after that vivoactive HR display "installing update".

    Then I turn on Heart rate. But nothing change. In Heart rate widgets the number display "--" , heart symbol flash, no green light flash

    Ok. Well, if you install the 4.3 file found in the beta install package, and that doesn't work, I'm guessing you'll have to send it in to Garmin.

    Hello Martin. Yes, after use Web Updater I install sw 4.30 follow your guide before. Nothing change. Thank you for your support. Now Vivoactive HR can record GPS of my running workout and the garming center is very far from me so that i will continous this device until i must change new morden. Thank you
