Help regarding Pulse Ox no data and widget missing

Where have you looked?

Under Settings > Widgets > Ad More?

nothing appears on the widgets too

If you want to try a more aggressive approach, I would reset the watch completely.

Then download Garmin web updater and try installing the current software version again.

I would be surprised if this is a country based restriction... are you living in Japan or did you only buy the unit there?

currently im in the philippines but the vivosmart 4 watch came from japan. I would try resetting it later thanks

I already did a full reset on the watch but still no pulse ox widget and i cant find it in the settings

too disappointed, my garmin came from japan and apparently they have the pulse ox disabled. Is there anybody here that bought theirs from japan and have enabled the pulse ox?

When you reset it did you rest it to factory defaults which required you to set it up again?
