Have Vivoactive 4S and since update yesterday not receiving text or WhatsApp notifications. Have tried everything but nothing works! Getting very frustrated! Help!

Hey. 
 If You have phone with android you can try this https://manyandroid.app/android-phone-notification-access-settings/ , first uncheck and check again notification access to garmin smart notification. 
 The second way is to uninstall garmin connect and install again.

Did you try set up garmin connect autostart ON and power saving mode for No restrictions for this app?
