Has anyone noticed their step count resets after charging? They reset on the watch and the app, which is extremely frustrating. Not sure if there’s a way to fix this? This wasn’t an issue until the last update.
It sounds like your watch is crashing after disconnect it from charging. By any chance, are you using a CIQ watch face? There might be an incompatibility that causes the crash? Also, if you charge from a PC, do you do a safe disconnect or do you just unplug?
I have had the same thing happen on different Garmin products. Found out that the charging sequence matters. When charging, always connect the cable to the Garmin product first, then the power source. When unplugging, disconnect the power source first, then the Garmin product.
