hello,
i'm looking to understand a bit better if there is something wrong with my Vivoactive 4; for the last several weeks i've been tracking my step count performance with both a Vivoactive 2 and my vivoactive 4 on my same wrist. while i expected to see some variation i am seeing significant deviations. For example; trended over the last 3 days:

what i cannot tells is why the Vivoactive 4 is so far under reporting. i understand that there are variations unit-to-unit and and throughout the generations there would be improvements in accuracy but i cannot fathom that the variations should be this large. is my unit defective?
