How is your Battery Life on the newest firmware?

I changed my Vivoactive 3 Music to Vivoactive 4 and think I have a really bad Battery Life compared with the promised up to 7 days.
How is you Batterylife on the newest firmware and do you use android or iOS?

since there are Bluetooth Problems on ios13 it could possibly be the reason.

After I received 4.50 update battery went from 100% to 4% in less than a day for some reason

Power off for 5 minutes. This has worked for some for this problem.
