iOS for me. I have done all the turning off watch, turning off phone, disabling and re-enabling BT, disconnecting and re-pairing... it works for half a day then I have to go through it all again next time it refuses to connect. I did an update about a week ago, I think? That was around when it started for me.
It just doesn’t stay connected like it used to, after recent firmware update.
I went thru all the recommendations, but it still occurs. I stop getting smart notifications, and notice bluetooth icon is not showing on watch.
I then check Garmin connect and it’s not connected. Then I go thru process to reestablish Bluetooth connectivity and it comes back and stays for awhile, but just mysteriously disconnects from time to time...

iOS here and yes same issues for me too. Can’t get Bluetooth to stay connected. I had no issues before
Same BT disconnects being experienced on my new VA4 on my iPhone IOS 13.4.1 . I can make it reconnect with manually connection on the iOS Bt then opening Connect to see watch now green and synchronising. VA4 is on the latest firmware as made available via express.
