Custom Workouts no longer syncing

I am now unable to sync new Custom Workouts to my Vivoactive 4s after updating the firmware to SW 4.40. With the previous version, everything was working perfectly and really enjoyed and loving it to creating my Workouts. If a schedule the Workout, it seems to work, but I don't always want to schedule the workout to do the workout. Can you please fix or direct me to downgrade back to the previous version?

  • I've found something that works on my Fenix. Try to create your new custom workouts and then through the mobile app add it to calendar at the date of today and then refresh the sync with the watch (between the mobile app and the watch). 

    Then go to your watch, choose the calendar within the sport you'll plan to do and select the custom workout you just add. 

    What is surprising is that you won't find the custom workout in "my workout" but only in the calendar of the selected sport.

  • I've also have found that it works sometimes and have mentioned it in one of my previous posts but I have found that the developers have now added the feature in the Connect App that if the workout is not supported on the watch, you will not be able to sync it. This is also now helpful in the case of the VivoActive 4 where only certain workouts are compatible. Thank for resharing the advice.
