Vo2 Max still not updating after SW 3.8

Hello,

- I have the vivoactive 4S since September-19.

- It stopped measuring my vo2 Max end of September.

- Then, it measured it ONCE on 6th of Dec, this was right after the update to SW 3.6.

- Now, on December 20th, I received an update for SW 3.8. This resolved the blinking HR sensor when taking the watch off but has NOT resolved the Vo2 Max updates, still stuck on 6th of December.

Does anyone know what’s going on here?

I'm using VA4 since October 2019 and VO2 max gets broken several times already. Sometimes after FW upgrade, sometimes just stopped updating, probably due server issues, then resumes by itself one day...

I have only just noticed that my Vo2 has not updated since June 2020 and I regularly run 2 to 3 times a week....

Is this outside running for minimum 15 minutes with GPS tracking and heart beat measurement?
