Did they solve the problem? I had my earbuds connecting fine 3-4 weeks ago. They don't work anymore.

No, they didnt solve the problem. The problem is not the update or the earplugs. In the end i returned the watch, i have a new one now and it Works!

Same issue here. I tried severl headphones that all work fine with my phone. It's always the same:

I delete the entry of the headphones on the watch

I put the headpohnes in pairing mode

I put the watch in pairing mode

    I finds the headphones

After accepting it tried to pair

Then after a while it says pairing failed

It worked fine before the last update. Very annoying.

Nevermind, a full restart of the watch fixed it

  • I am finding the same and apparently the only solution is to buy one of the expensive pairs of headphones they have on their verified list. Annoyingly my headphones did connect and now just say Pairing Failed when trying now

  • Success...for now...I have been having the same problem with my Coulax CX6 headphones and was deciding what to do. I did a soft reset (instructions...Google it..very easy) . Took 30 seconds. After that the headphones connected. I did have some problems getting the controls to work..but suddenly the sprang into action. Off to the gym!
