When trying to add new music or sync spotify I get a message saying that it is unable to get content. Hard reset doesn't fix this. Don't really want to remove and add spotify again.
I had this problem on my Fenix 5X. The watch was returning "Unable to add content" when I tried to view the playlists I had just created in Spotify. Here's what I did:
- Close Connect IQ on the phone
- Restart the watch
- Open Connect IQ on the phone
- Update an existing playlist in the watch. The watch now shows "Connecting to WiFi network." It wasn't before, just the error.
- After existing playlist is updated, View Playlists.
- The watch now shows "Connecting to WiFi network" and the new playlists I added.
