Ben you have to phone them yourself. They will send out a replacement. You can either send them your watch and wait for them to send you one once they get it. This will take about three weeks. You can also send them your credit card number and they will send one out right away. Once you get the watch you send back your old one. Once they receive it they will credit back your credit card.
