Hi, just got my Venu 4 days ago and it worked fine - except for the battery which lasted less than a day with basically nothing on. I checked forums and discovered out it's probably just the update that needs to be done. So I connected it to the computer with Garmin Express - I'm not sure the update was actually done as I had 5.10 on my watch, and it was written 5.10 also on Garmin Express. I synced the Express and watch anyway, and then made a factory reset - the watch turned off and now - it does not turn on!!! When turning it on, there's a blue triangle and a sign of Garmin app and a watch - like connect it, but it doesn't connect to anything - not via cable to the computer nor via ios app. Nothing recognizes my Venu. I can not do anything else with the watch as I have tried to connect it to the electricity, computer, tried to push A button for 25 second or more, but nothing helps. It is extremely frustrating, and Garmin support in our country is closed for another 24 hours, so I am trying and trying and don't know what to do anymore. Any help please? Will add a pic in addition.
