BUG? Shortcut START+BACK seems not to work for some option

Hi there,

seems this shortcut does not work for all offered options.
I was going to use to change Displaydesigns by that quickly.
But I got only continous vibration by that, which fortunately stops on any other button press.
Some other seems to work, but not calling any settings.

    Hello Hulster!

    I have tried to reproduce this and am not able to do so. Which software version are you on? Can you give me the exact steps taken to get that result?

    mmmh - strange. Version 10.63.
    I tried to power off/on. Does not change anything. Some stuff is working. I.e. Compass works.
    Display Designs - still continuous vibrations.
    I did just the expected. Settings - System - Short Cuts - Start+Back - Display Designs.
    I tried to assign Display Designs to just BACK. Does not work as well. 
    But here it is just a single vibration. Nothing else visible on the screen.

    We have tried on both 10.63 and the 12.59 beta version and neither has the same thing happen. You do have to hold the buttons for a couple seconds but it vibrates once and opens either of the "display options". If you are not seeing the same, could you please record a video of what is occurring?

    Sorry - I maybe caused some confusion. I run the watch in German.
    So you may tried Display Settings and not Display Designs which is Watch Faces.
    For Display Settings I can confirm it works.Tried calculator - as well working.
    Still even in English Watch Faces is not working. On the Screen nothing changes.It is the usual watch face.
    Touching it gives the usual functionality for swipes. It does not change the watch face.
    Regarding the vibration I noticed pressing BACK a little bit earlier gives the continous vibration.
    If the press is fairly same time for START and BACK it gives the confirmation double vibration - as usual.
    Still nothing happens. In case of a working function I cannot get it to continous vibration at all.

    Have you restarted the device since the update? I have been unable to reproduce since installing 12.70

    Just tried - still the same. Just 1 vibration knock. The continous vibration went away.
    But still the watch faces is not coming up.
    I tried to press both buttons exactly the same and 1 a bit earlier than the other.
    Anyway - other functions coming up by the short cut.

    When I set that short cut to Watch Face, the short cut returns me to the currently selected watch face (not the screen to select a watch face), which is what I expected. Are you expecting the selection screen?

    That works. BUT that is not what is expected. The choices in the short cut menu are the usual apps.
    All of them work as usual either choose to the tree or in controls.
    So I  expect clearly the usual app. I would not disagree to it makes for some people to have a quick "back to homescreen".
    But the listed function should deliver the usual.
    I need to switch quickly between different watch faces. As I like some of your analog watch faces a lot, but need some more information quickly sometimes.
