Venu SQ touch screen not responding to touch.

I have a Venu SQ and the touch screen does not work. I have tried turning off and turning on multiple times but it still doesn't work. I would like to do a factory reset but I cant do that when the douch screen does doesn't work.
Is there a fix or is there a way to do a factory reset without having to navigate to it on the watch.

Thanks for that I tried that a few times but it didn't help. It has now stopped counting steps as well. I didn't find the Support site on the web very helpful. The only way to contact support in Australia is to phone them which can be a pain at times but it may be my only option.
