Venu 3 golf app not recording shots

After using the golf app for this watch for more than a year I am giving up. It is unreliable and causes frustration on the golf course. It auto records a few shots, but it misses most.

Are you wearing it on your leading wrist? I haven't had any issues with it missing shots, unless I'm hitting a very soft wedge.

1. If you go to Settings > User Profile - Is the wrist shown the wrist you are wearing the watch on?

2. Are you wearing the watch with the face on the top of your wrist?

3. When starting a round are you choosing the option to keep score?

4. Do steps track correctly for you?

5. Are you currently using a watch face installed from Connect IQ?

Yes to 1,2,4. I will have to check if it the scoring option is specifically chosen every time I start a new round. I do enter my score after each hole and can see my scores per hole on the app after I saved a round. I use the default watch face which came pre installed with the watch.

You aren't wearing it super loose are you? Like I said, it only skips putts and if I'm chipping onto the green. Tee shots and fairway shots are rarely missed.
