Adjust the orientation on my watch with buttons

Hello,

How to change the orientation, and change button right to left ? I'm left hand, and my watch is on my right wrist.

Actual this is not possible. Afaik only some pixel and galaxy watches support this (pretty nice...) feature.

I think they're talking about flipping the watch around so the buttons are always facing the hand.

It's not possible because you would need te re-calibrate the sensors (especially the accelerometers).
