    5. In Garmin Connect go to More > Garmin Devices - Does your device show paired? Connected?
    6. Have you restarted both your phone and the watch?
    7. Are both the device and the app on the latest software versions?

  • On your Venu 3, hold down the bottom button and go into "Settings".

    Scroll down to bottom and go into "System".

    Scroll down and go into "Connectivity".

    Go into "Phone".

    Scroll to bottom and make sure "Call Audio" is turned ON.

    Colleagues advised us to update the Garmin Connect app to the latest version: 5.7.2.

    If the issue is not resolved after the update, we will need to monitor the Bluetooth connection with your watch, which is why we need to enable BNTS logging, which means monitoring the Bluetooth connection with the watch.

    NOTE: No personally identifiable information is collected during this process.

    Please let us know if you agree to this if the issue is not resolved with the Garmin Connect app update.
