Love my VENU 2 Plus. Was planning on upgrading to the VENU 3, but realize an update might be around the corner to a 3 Plus or the 4.
please advise as to the timeframe of a new and improved model.

I’m actually rather excited for the next Venu. I don’t like or want all the balls and whistles for the other more sport oriented watches — I’m probably more the demographic that would otherwise buy something…
There appears to be many YouTube clips on the Venu 4 on features and benefits from previous versions, but nothing on update as to when the release date. Anyone have updates?
And it has more software features than Venu 3? WTH is Garmin playing at here? Venu 3 is a 449$ watch and we get zero software updates and Vivoactive 6 gets Courses and Pace Pro?
THIS IS A SLAP ON THE FACE…
I bought the beige (?) Venu 3S that comes with a leather strap and am very happy to wear it to the office. It's a great colour goes well with everything and is summer/winter compatible. But agree more options like this would probably be very popular, especially that wearing the watch all the time is kind of great for measurement accuracy, and no one's doing sports all the time.
Re: the main topic, I get the idea of waiting for a new release if it's just around the corner but come on people... these watches are already doing amazing things ^^ Reading this thread one might think they are useless junks. I've gotten tremendous insights into my fitness and health in just one week and couldn't be happier with it. I couldn't care less of any new features or look (as noted above, the leather Venu is pretty enough already imo) I just hope it will do what it does now reliably for a long time. Some of my friends have been using the same watch for 5+ years, imo longevity and reliability is a lot more important than throwing out a new line every year like smartphone makers do. Just my 2c. Happy training! :-)
I'm fr and I have ecg on my venu 2 plus. I just connected my account in usa by VPN and Come back my account in fr. Look for vidéo on youtube
I’m vegetarian and I don’t use leather, but for the vivoactive 4s I could buy on Amazon rose gold metal strap, so it actually looks like a regular/elegant watch, which I like and would love to be able to do again for a newer version
Regarding longevity, I agree, I would be happy to use this watch or buy the same one again and again as it has all the functionality I need, but I see it is getting worse and worse performance and more and more errors after 3 years and Garmin stop selling older generations once the newer ones are out from Vivoactive… Venu seems to be my only option as vivoactive 5 and 6 have worse HR monitor than 4, not sure why Garmin walks backwards and not forward with functionalities?!
happy training to you too
