Agreed!  A long time user of Apple Watch, would like to move to Garmin, but wish not to move to a series where a new one will soon be released.  Very interested in the Venu 4.

If FR have an ecg I will buy it asap but that not have an ecg mode like finix or venu

I guess the next one will have it. FR 265 and 965 are now 2 years old, so they are due for an update.

I’m actually rather excited for the next Venu. I don’t like or want all the balls and whistles for the other more sport oriented watches — I’m probably more the demographic that would otherwise buy something like an Apple smart watch since I only care about the general health/sleep tracking, but I prefer Garmin’s interface and think they are overall a better watch brand. It sounds to me like you’re probably more in the FR boat, but don’t let them take the Venu away from me ;-;

Yeah, I thought so too. I ended up returning my Venu 3 thinking they’d come out with a 3 Plus or 4 in the next year with sapphire… it’s been over a year and still no idea when the next model will be out. None of the online articles have been accurate, and Garmin doesn’t seem to disclose their release dates. Been waiting in anticipation since August.
