Venu 3 - After most recent upgrade battery life drain issue - Down 35% battery in less than 19 hours with 1 activity of 2 hours (non GPS) recorded.

Yes, mine is less than a month old. Did a software update on my laptop when I got it for certain things to work/sync. Literally sitting on my couch and it’s draining 1% within minutes. Woke up at 7:30am battery was on 98%. It’s now 10:44am and it’s on 90%. All I’ve done is mop my house and I’ve been resting. I did the whole charge at 30-20% and only charge to 80% to keep the battery life longevity. I turned off WiFi and Bluetooth for 5 hours and that’s the only time it didn’t drain. I’ve set my settings to lower the brightness, turn off the VO2 etc etc and it’s draining. No current software update right now but what gives? The first week was the ONLY time it lasted a week and didn’t drain. It was only after the first charge after having week that it started doing this. I hope it gets fixed. Battery among other things were why I switched from Apple.
