Serial number plate

Hello! I've seen from other posts that the serial number plate coming off does not affect the water resistance or functionality. But what material can I use if I want to put it back on? It's only 8 months old.

It is nonsense that this hole does not affect the water resistance. That hole leads directly to the inside of your watch. Water can get inside your watch through it and may damage your watch irrepairably like it happened to mine (FR245). You can get lucky for quite a while because the hole is so small and is usually more or less covered because of the contact with your skin. The risk increases if you press buttons while swimming, probably because it causes small pressure changes in the watch that may lead to water getting soaked in. I seriously recommend not using that watch in water when that hole is open.

On the Venu 3 there is already a hole that leads to the same spot. My serial number fell off today and you can see that they're connected. So on the Venu 3, it doesn't affect the water rating at all.
