Watch black screening and unresponsive

My Venu 3s recently got sent back and replaced because support found my watch faulty for doing this on multiple occasions. The watch face goes black and completely unresponsive, and sometimes rebooting it worked but others you simply had to wait for it to fix itself which could be ages. Just yesterday I got my replacement watch and on day 2 of having it, it’s already happened again. I’ve noticed similar threads across this forum for all the different types of Garmin watches. Theres something seriously wrong with something in these watches for this to be such a prevalent issue with no real solution. 
does anyone know any solutions that fix this problem for good??? 

  • I had this problem before, got my Venu 3S replaced and just 2 weeks in with a new unit the screen went black. I restarted it the screen went crazy flashing different colors on and off then went black again. Watch still under warrantee so may need to send it back again. I have a 4 year old Venu SQ that still works flawlessly. I went swimming over 2 weeks ago so it can't be that and I swim with my Venu SQ.
