My health snapshot is not working on venu 2. it just shows the previous health snapshots. Do I need a system upgrade?

When I tried to do a health snapshots the screen asking whether you want to start the health snapshot doesn’t appear.

i‘ve had the watch since September last year.

I would try restarting your watch then try Health Snapshot again - Venu 2 Series Owner's Manual - Restarting the Watch

If still issues, contact Garmin Support directly to report the issue.
