I would try restarting your watch then try Health Snapshot again - Venu 2 Series Owner's Manual - Restarting the Watch
If that doesn't work, you could try resetting the watch - Venu 2 Series Owner's Manual - Restoring All Default Settings
If still issues, contact Garmin Support directly to report the issue.
