Blue triangle appeared and won’t go away. I plugged it in to charge one night and the icon appeared in the morning. How can I fix this?

I first assumed it was a ‘no battery’ indicator, but this was after a night of charging, so I don’t think that is the issue.

I tried holding any of the buttons down for different lengths of time with no response.

Press and hold the power button until the device powers off (hold up to 30 seconds). Release the power button. If the power/data cable does not power the device back on automatically, unplug from the power source and plug back in or press the power button.
