I have a Venu 2 and there was a software update 2 days ago. When I am on a walking activity, the heart rate stops after 30 secs (shows no heartrate as a -). The heart rate after stopping the walk activity wasn't working. I turned off the watch and on and the heart rate function for general use works fine. It only stops when I have been in walking mode. A bit frustrating as it was recording ok previously before the software update. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the heart monitor hardware, as this works fine during general wearing after I restarted/rebooted the watch. I suspect a software update glitch. Any advice what I should do, like a factory reset? Thank you
