Hi, yesterday my Venu 2s watch asked me to update to software 14.07. Since then I have noticed that the heart rate sensor is not working properly anymore. When placed in energy saving mode, no heart rate/ stress/ body battery/ sleep data or the like is recorded. The sensor's light is on though. When turning off energy saving mode, the sensor still does not record any data unless I specifically ask it to do so by tapping on the heart rate field, for example. From that point on, the sensor keeps recording my heart rate/stress etc. until I turn the watch back into energy saving mode or start an activity. During my nearly 2-hour swim this morning, the watch only recorded 30 seconds of heart rate data.
I would appreciate some help on this, thanks!
