PULSE -- when starting a "Walk session"

I have the same issue when starting a running or biking activity since the last update to SW 14.07. For a few seconds at the beginning of the activity, the HRF is still shown and then it goes to --. As soon as I stop the activity, HRF is back on and working fine.

Yes. Started with 14.07. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Other day, I couldn’t record my walk even after completely restarting the watch. 

I have the same problem, but I kind of feel like the update process to this version messes up somewhere. Because I can tell that the original poster has the SENSOR version 24.15 and WHR version 12.00.03 already, while another poster and myself seem to be stuck at the old versions 23.12 and 11.00.07 respectively, irregardless of the main version (which is also the only one that Garmin update servers seem to be checking for, so updating these manually after the fact seems to be impossible).
Not that that seems to really matter, though, because all of us seem to be having that issue.
