11.14 wifi firmware 655.35 ?

That's strange, I just updated my Venu 2 Plus to to 11.14 and my wifi version is 4.01

I just read on the forum (in other threads) that if version 655.35 appears, it indicates a hardware defect ... :/

But on the other hand it's strange, because the wifi works correctly, the watch finds the network as well as synchronizes correctly.

Somehow the update came through and the watch managed to install wifi version 4.01. Unfortunately, I still don't know what the problem was....

The update is now at 50% release, and I have just received 11.14. wifi works now but have the same issue you reported here.

it show 655.35 wifi version and when i connect to GE, despite no pending update is available, at the watch disconnect from the PC it always say there is an update to install, which does and reboots and show "WIFI Software updated successfully" message. wifi still show 655.35 after all this.
If i re-connect to GE it repeats the process, over and over......

Just a bit annoying that the wifi update loop keeps going on and on and on....
now in 11.14 if i check via watch wifi for updates, nothing is available, then if i connect to GE in the computer, says sync is complete and nothing is available, then disconnect from pc and watch says, there is an update...i accept, it applies and restart and upon restart message saying wifi update done OK. check wifi sensor version and show 655.35, then go and check for updates in the watch via wifi and say again (and immediately which i think it even does not try to connect to wifi) there is a pending update, accept, restart and message saying wifi has been updated OK.
From this point if i check in the watch via wifi, it connects, and message say no updates available....
If i go and connect to PC, all process repeats!

i never had a beta installed in the venu2 so not sure what is triggering this loop...

anyway, i tried the steps of deleting the content of those folders (backup first).

Once i reconnected to PC, same update to install is there again....:(

I am having the same issue with 655.35.

Same problem here.. I am on the beta programme, but noticed the same firmware on wifi. Everything is working fine, just stuck in an update loop.
