Problems with app 'rowing' after software update 10.18

Similar for me - distance per stroke is by factors too low in 0.1 m range. Not only for rowing but also for the SUP app.

Exactly  the same  for me, it doesn’t work both for the sup and rowing profile.

I reset the watch this morning (both settings and data, connected to Connect as a brand new device) but it still doesn’t work.

problem arose after the update. My friend got a venu2 which is still running on 9.17, and it is working just fine

yes, also my problem. clearly a bug, and an annoying one. did anyone report it already? (if not, I will try to figure out how to report it)

Hi. I have VENU 2 PLUS and we also experience this SW v10.18 issue on that watch with SUP and ROWING. Unfortunatelly our community (and our GARMIN support) is very inactive, and I didn't get any response for this problem there at all... I hope this will be fixed on VENU 2 and on VENU 2 PLUS either very soon.
I also detected another issue but it exists since long time and affects many versions. I just curious that whether you are also experience this on your watch during a SUP activity: the AVARAGE_DISTANCE_PER_STROKE is always different on the watch than after saving on the Connect.
(sorry screenshot are in Hungarian language, but the tagged with red datas are the avarage_distance_per_stroke on both) As you see watch showed 2.42m but after saving the activity the Connect shows 1.92m... (please don't see other details, it was started only for a test.:))
Do you also has this issue on your VENU 2?

J’ai également le même problème. Pas de vitesse en k/h mais 0.Xkm/h (10km/h ->0.1km/h). Le problème est présent en SUP mais fonctionne correctement en vélo. Ci joint l’analyse de Garmin Connect vs Strava sur la même activité et une photo de la fausse vitesse.

Good news! The issue has been fixed in the 10.20 update released this morning. It’s a beta version. You can access it by subscribing to the beta test through the web version of  your garmin connect profile.

thanks! now, I do not have a pc, and the manual is only for windowsOS operated equipment. I guess I will still have to wait for the new release, but I am very happy that the issue will be fixed in the next update. thank you.
