Amazon Music App Broken after updating to Firmware Version 9.17

Updated to firmware version 9.17 and now my Amazon Music app does not work. The app will open and pair with my headphones, but pressing the "Play" button doesn't do anything. The forward/back buttons don't do anything either.

RESOLVED: I resolved this issue by uninstalling the Amazon Music app, reinstalling the app, re-registering the app, and then syncing the playlists again. The app is working now. Thanks for all the tips.

I have exactly the same issue. Not pleased as the main reason I bought this watch was to have music on my runs.

Will Garmin see this and release another update to fix it?

Your solution is exactly what I've tried, but haven't had success with. I uninstalled the app but now it won't reinstall. Fails every time.

Hi, it doesn't work for me too.

I was able to sync one playlist, but receive a IQ! logo each time i try to navigate and/or add another playlist.

This should be CIQ5 relevant or since Amazon app 1.1.6/1.1.7 updates

Hi, yes you can email me and you have permission to check my account. Live in the UK.
