Amazon Music App Broken after updating to Firmware Version 9.17

I’d do a hard reset and see if that fixes it (hold down the A button until the watch shuts off, past any assistance notifications).  Once off press the A button to turn it back on.

That was the first thing I tried (did that before I made this post). Thanks for the suggestion anyway. 

I can play songs from my Spotify but cant update playlist after update.

i have the update and use either poweramp or spotify (on the phone) and can control OK both apps from the watch.

don't have spotify on the watch itself, so not sure how that is behaving

I'm experiencing the same issue after my watch updated yesterday. I've tried uninstalling the Amazon Music app, but I can't reinstall it. I've installed other apps successfully, but this one won't work. Also my regular morning alarm disappeared, which doesn't make any sense.

I used the "Contact Developer" option in the Connect IQ app to send a message to Amazon about the app not working on 9.17. 

Hi! I had the same problem. What I did is to synchronize It again, through the smartwatch menú, and apparently It is working.

Thanks for the tip, but that was one of the first things I tried. The sync seemed to complete normally, but still nothing would play.
