I have tried Hard Reset a couple of times but nothing changes.
Any suggestions?
Is it doing what a lot of the venue sq's are doing by not recording? If that's the case I have had that with the sq and no matter how many times you restart it it will go out over time so annoying.
Is this for the Venu 2 or SQ? Do you see the lights on the back flashing?
