Venu 2 Smart Notification Issues

Hi,

Anyone else has notification problem after upgrading to SW 5.33? Previously my notification works well. Now, i no longer receive any notification even though all the settings are correct. I will need to unpair the watch and pair it again for the notification to work again. But after 1 day or so, it will not work again until i unpair and pair the watch again. Anyone else has this problem?

I had this problem until this week. I am now not using WiFi due to being on holidays and have found my watch hasn't disconnected since I've been away.

Venu 2 doesn't get notifications from Messages or from Outlook/Gmail from my phone a Pixel 6 pro. Initially it did work and now its gone. I did a hard reset and reconnected bluetooth, etc but that didn't help. Any suggestions?

So today I did another reset-set the watch to return to original defaults. I got the notifications for about an hour and then they just stopped!

Looks to be a bit of a different situation, but may be worth trying the solution that resolved the issue for them.

Thanks. i have tried this and it is still the same. It fixed the problem for a while and after a couple of hours, no more notifications. Any other suggestions?

Mine has worked all day. I installed Pixel update, disconnected and deleted all the garmin stuff on the phone, hard reset the watch and did a fresh install. Been good all day. Fingers crossed.

Let's check the battery optimization settings on your phone:

Battery optimization is off for Garmin connect. Finding battery optimization in Android 12 is a little different, but I got to it eventually. No success, still disconnects after approximately 1 hour

I called garmin support and they suspected it could be due to garmin golf. Asked me to delete all the downloaded courses and that seems to fixed the problem for me

I've got the screenshots Garmin-Kevin. Turning off Golf features didn't help my case. To be honest I l use the golf stuff all the time so I hope that isn't the fix. Thanks for helping on this and I'll look for your email.
