Smart Notifications stop after reconnecting to android phone

On Thursday the 9th of December,my venu updated to 6.50. prior to that update I had smart notifications working correctly. Once my phone disconnected and reconnected I am now getting now notifications. I have reinstalled Garmin connect and deleted and readded my Venu but no success.

I can confirm after deleting and reading the notifications show but as soon as the venu disconnects from my OnePlus 8 and then reconnects, it says it is connected and I can see my weather and calendar but smart notifications disappear.

I can confirm this same issue is affecting my girlfriends venu 2 as of the 9th of December as well.

I have not changed anything on my end and the only change was the update.is there any where I can get the downgrade software to check or does anyone have any ideas? Thank you

kaneelias does your girlfriend also use an Android phone? If so, will you have her please comment on this thread (from her account) so that we can reach out to both of you individually for some additional information?

May we, if necessary, have permission to email you?
May we, if necessary, have permission to view/access your Garmin Connect account?
In what country do you live?

Hi Kevin,

I have managed to resolve the issue. I needed to do a complete cache and uninstall of the Garmin Connect App. I then had to relogin and not use the remembered account details.

This is now fixed.
