Increased Battery Drain on 5.33 Update

Just wondering if anyone is experiencing increased battery drain on their Venu 2 after updating to 5.33? Lately, I've been seeing increased battery usage. Just yesterday in early afternoon I charged by USB charger from ~34% to 94% it is now next day noon time and it's down to 78%. Before the recent updates my battery would track really closely to the estimates given.

Thanks in advance for anyone that shares their solutions or thoughts.

My settings:

Pulse OX: while sleeping

One recurring alarm

Move IQ, Move Alert off

HR Status Auto, Activity Tracking Status On

BT off except when doing manual syncing

GPS off

Screen Brightness is Low. AOD off. Vibration Low. Gesture off

No third party watch faces.

Just got a Venu 2 yesterday and it has been draining very fast. 40% drain overnight. Same settings as yours.

Thanks for the confirmation that I'm not the only one. I feel better knowing I can rule out it being a problem of just my watch.

In any event, I want to add to my thread that my watch is currently back or near the percentage I charged it on Friday (37%). Current battery life estimate is 4 days down from 8ish days it reported after I took it off the charger.

Something is seriously eating the battery and I'm leaning into the thought that it's the updated firmware on the sensor specifically just on the fact that overnight PulseOx draws increased battery.

I suppose I'll try an experiment over the next few days with Pulse Ox off to see how much, if any, it changes battery consumption.
