Lately, quite often it happens that the touchscreen on my Venu 2 becames unresponsive. It happens all of a sudden, it doesn't take any command. If I power off the watch, from buttons, then power on it works again, so I am thinking something software related.
Oh, and sometimes the watch goes completely blank, no response from touchscreen or the buttons on short presses. If I keep the power off button pressed it shuts down, then power on again and it works.
