I bought a new Venu 2 two days ago.
Battery showed 76%.
I wore it at night and in the morning battery showed 10%
I charged it to 100%, and wore it all day yesterday and last night, today in the morning it showed aprox. 75%.
Half an hour later, it went blank …. Did not respond to charge / buttons …. nothing.
I went to the store next to where I live (not the one where I bought it).
They succeeded reviving it and sent it to their workshop, saying they will consider replacing it for a new one.
Unbelievable …..
