Hello, I am experiencing the following issues with my Venu 2S:
- freezing during activity. No activity records and I reset the watch to turn back on.
- no sleep data being recorded. This has occurred for the last three consecutive nights. I am doing nothing differently to what I have been when I set up the watch. I have synced my phone and ensured my watch is fitted correctly.
- stress not measuring. I’ve synced my phone and attempted to measure stress on numerous occasions to no avail.
- Spotify app music controls do not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled app twice. The volume is stuck on the loudest volume and is unusable. This is very frustrating as it’s one of the reasons I went with Garmin.
I’ve also sent this to Garmin support.
Can anyone help with any tips? This is disappointing given the product is so expensive and has a good reputation. I’m really considering switching brands. The device should work as specified!
