Fitness age - high intensity activity

Former Member

On the fitness age page, connect app is telling me that I can improve my fitness age if I do 30min high intensity activities 3 times a week. High intensity is said to be 70-85% of max heart rate. When I check my heart rate ranges, that’s roughly range 3 (green) which is 70-80%

when I am doing Nordic walking, using walking activity with range 3 >30min, it’s not considered in the fitness age metric. Although I do some activities of this kind, they are not considered in the actual count of how many activities I have done in this range

am I misunderstanding something wrong here?

any advice appreciated

cheers Walser
