Bluetooth Paring and Connectivity Issue (Fixed in Venu 3 beta software)

The ongoing issues with Pixel phones and the Venu watches seems to have been addressed with the latest beta software in the Venu 3, will we see a similar fix for the Venu 2 Plus?

  • the paring between  Venu 2 and my phone can not automate  re-connection,

    If put the watch far from phone and go back, it will need to be re pair again with new PIN request.

    Just happen for 1 month

  • You need to go onto Garmin tech support chat and explain the problem. They will tell you they've never heard of the issue and ask which specific watch software and phone software you're using. Don't let it sit, demand a full documentation of the problem and upgrade it to engineering.

    I think it's a hardware issue with the Venu and Fenix series watches and some phones (mainly Pixel phones). They really don't want to admit it or do anything about it.

  • the same thing has already happened to me twice in the S25 (regular). Unfortunately, a similar pairing of the device is required. it's annoying.
