Venu 2 plus ECG app disappeared after reset

have a venu2 plus. Did a reset on watch and now the ECG cant be found or set up. I have used the ECG a dozen times before reset. Followed instrcutions of re install ECG app but no luck

Not sure where you got that. But here: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=QssFZHtIOfAYNSSmzXNwY9 It is not available. You must have previously enabled it by using the hack.

I ran into this same problem and I'm in the US. I used to have it on my watch, but it disappeared, possibly after a reset -- I'm not exactly sure when. I was able to resolve by removing the device (i.e. watch) from the Garmin Connect phone app and then adding it back. As part of this process it goes through the setup steps including enabling ECG. None of my earlier ECG recordings were lost. Overall I think removing and then adding back a device is rather benign; just a minor hassle and in this case it did the trick. You might want to give it a try.
